Signing in and creating an account
Sign in or sign up
Enter your email on the sign-in page, then open the link in your inbox. If you’re new to Plotchi, this creates your account. You don’t need a password. You can also use Google or Discord when those options are available.
Missing email
Check your spam folder and the email address shown on the confirmation page. Choose Resend email to request another link, or Use a different email to correct your address. If you’ve requested several links, wait a few minutes before trying again.
Expired or used link
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. Request a new link from the sign-in page.
Account access
If your account is suspended, use Account access to view the decision, appeal or request your data. Contact Support if you need help signing in.
